When my dad, Joe Bessler, started the business in 1985, he had worked a myriad of jobs, some of which he got laid off when business would get slow. Once he found a passion for automotive recycling, he decided that he was going to create a family business where people could come to work and know they were part of something special.

A company that protects its employee’s right to make a good living, provides great benefits and makes people feel like they’re part of the family and not just a number.

    Well to start bought a 4.0 engine.. when paying guy says 3 to 5 day for delivery.. after the 6th day I called with question ... where is my engine.. I was told it's still in car gonna take awhile.. and asked u still want or canceled … More ur order only options i got.. manager wasnt willing to make me hsppy one bit.. just kept saying u want or cancel order....so rude.. I begain to say for 3rd time u said last week when I paid for it I was told it still in car they need 3 to 5 days to take it out and to delivery... well 13 days later received my engine .. picked up took to shop to put all new gaskets on like u no the oil pan.. first part we did.. to find timing chaine parts in bottom of pan. . So called besslers now I'm told there will b another engine shipped gonna be 2 weeks... so now it's a month total wait to replace a engine.. not happy I was lied to to get my money... 3 to 5 days.. turns into lots of bull shit... just not a happy customer... I understand I'm getting used parts... what I don't understand is the lies to get u to purchase
